(http://www.ozekisms.com), using HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP).
Using this app, you can easily send SMSs with an HTTP request that transmits your messages to the
mobile network. For instance:

After configuring an HTTP address, Android HTTP SMS Gateway is able to receive incoming SMS messages as well.
Ozeki HTTP SMS Gateway supports standard, unicode and multipart SMS messages. It also handles SMS
delivery reports by sending them to a predefined HTTP URL.
